The Hale Middle School, in Stow, Massachusetts,
is part of the Nashoba Regional School District. Brooke Clenchy is the district's Superintendent. Hale currently educates approximately 300 students in
grades 6-8. The curriculum areas consist of the core subjects: English/Language Arts,
Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Eighth grade students also have Spanish as a part of their core classes. Physical Education, Music, Art, Health and Technology Engineering are offered in "Related Arts" classes. Students are offered support in the Library/Media Center, Computer Lab, Guidance
Department and Nurse's Office, all of which serve the entire student and staff
population. In addition to the regular education programs, Hale also
has a team-based Special Education Department which serves students in
grades 6-8. Hale also offers a variety of extra-curricular
activities.
