2. If after contacting the bus company, you feel that your bus issue/concern was not resolved, please contact your child’s building Principal.

3. If after contacting your child’s building Principal, you feel that your bus issue/concern was not resolved, please contact Ross Mulkerin, Director of Finance and Operations, at 978-779-0539, Ext 3007 or via email at rmulkerin@nrsd.net.

4. All non-urgent issues will be evaluated and addressed in the order that they come in. Once the evaluation is complete, a communication will be sent as to the outcome.
