If you have signed up for Cross Country, practice begins today right after school. If you have not signed up, make sure to let your parents know so that they can sign you up online, and pay online as well, just go to the "UNIPAY" page on the Hale Website. Make sure to chose Athletic Fees, and ATH-HALE.
