The NRSD Jazz Program hosted their annual Nashoba Jazz Night the week before February break. The concert featured jazz bands from across the district, ranging from elementary to high school performers. The evening concluded with an NRSD District Jazz Ensemble performance of 2nd Line, a New Orleans Traditional jazz piece arranged by our own Nashoba Music Educators.

Nashoba Regional School District will be closed today, Monday, February 23rd, 2026, due to inclement weather.

Teachers from the NRHS Innovation Pathways Program along with NRHS Electives teachers spent time visiting eighth graders across the district this week. Their presentation focused on asking students to think about their own interests, before spending some time talking with teachers about their elective choices.

Hale's production of The Wizard of Oz was a huge success!

Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing students toured the new NRHS high school build, and got the chance to stand in the area that will become their future woods and metals shop.

Cafeteria staff and district administrators served up a turkey lunch this week, complete with a choice of either apple crisp and pumpkin pie for dessert!

Students at Hale rehearsed for their performance of the musical The Wizard of Oz, which will be performed on December 11, 12, and 13!

Whitsons partnered with Carver Hill Orchard, a family-run farm, to host a tasting event at Hale Middle School this week. Students sampled a squash and apple bake before casting their vote. They had three options: I Liked It, I Loved It, and Not For Me.

Last week, the English Language Education (ELE) team hosted a Family Night for the district's Multilingual Learners. Families and staff gathered for an evening of activities and pizza. We thank the ELE team and all the families for coming together for a fun night of community and learning.

Hale Middle School hosted parents/caregivers for their annual Open House on Monday. The evening started in the auditorium before 6th, 7th, and 8th grade families headed to specific grade-level presentations.
